I normally do my site in the HTML Editor and the Form Builder works fine there. I am about to start two new site and want to use the Visual Site Designer, but when I clicked on the tab on the left for the in VSD for the Web Form Builder I got a pop up message wanting me to download the Web Form Builder. I already have it.
I am using Windows 8 and I have to open the VSD in the Administer mode. All my other CC products open right from the desktop. Could that be an issue?

You need to go to the Settings > Configure Left Toolbar and update the installation path for that program.
