I unsubscribed from receiving your newsletter - and thought I would be unscribed from your list. However, on checking I was still registered, just unsubscribed from receiving your newsletter. I want to have my name/details removed from your files - i.e. from your use.

There is no facility to unsubscribe from the SITE!

Please remove my details from the site - I really don't want my email address sold/marketed to other firms!

First off this is a user to user forum this is not the way to contact the CoffeeCup staff.

Second off, I have no idea where you ever got the idea they sell email addresses, that is entirely not true.

Third, contact them via the contact page that gives you all the information you need to reach the right people.

What you have is an account, not a subscription. You need to contact them to have your account removed, that is not the same as a newsletter subscription, and that is not something you ask for on forums.
