1. I am trying to make a target and I have an older version of Coffeecup. He help menu says; "Target - This allows you to link to a specific location in your document or to a specific location in another document. This is actually the second step in a two part process. When, try to follow the link I get: "Whoops! We can't seem to find that page."

2. How do I Lock everything in place. I make a long page with pictures and verbiage and when it is published, or checked in Your Preview on in the Default Browser, many things have moved. When I use the Move and Unlock option it does not seem to work. Please help me with these 2 minor issues, I Love everything else about you HTML Editor...

I'm not a coder, sorry. But when they check in, I'm sure they will want a link to your site if you can upload it. It really helps them to be able to look at what the site is doing, to help figure the best way to fix it. Can you upload what you have, and post a link?

I opened a support topic to get that dead link fixed. Hope it won't be to long...

What version of the HTML Editor are you using? I don't recall any Move or Unlock feature in the current version, and if you're using an old version with the Visual Tab still in it, that is no longer supported, it has been replaced by Visual Site Designer so there's no support here for that anymore.
