Hello everyone,

Looks like I've got an issue last addressed in 2010 with the error message "specified procedure could not be found". This happens when I try to close a webpage, or even close the application as a whole.

Here's the previous thread
http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/html-editor/specified-procedure-could-not-be-found/

but it doesn't look like a solution was presented.

I am running Windows XP SP3, using version 15.3

Also, when I try to use the help feature it gives me this error: "Unable to execute file. The operating system denied access to the specified file."

I have "run as administrator", reinstalled the application, but all patterns of behavior persist.

Any help would be appreciated.

Officially we no longer provide any support for Windows XP as this operating system was discontinued by Microsoft on April 8th 2014. We understand that many people may disagree with Microsoft's decision on this, but we simply cannot invest time/resources into an operating system that Microsoft has discontinued.

Upgrade to Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10 and you should not have any issues.
