I opened up Coffee Cup HTML Editor this morning to pick up where I left off the other day on a site design. On attempting to open the first file (from the My Website tab) I got a message that said "The specified procedure could not be found". On attempting to open an html file using File --> Open -->, same message. When I tried to shut down the program, same message. It won't quit.

I installed some standard Windows updates this morning but other than that, I don't know what could be the problem. Please help!

Well that is not good at all! :)

I have not seen that issue before. Can you open a support ticket and send us a screen shot of the error, the exact version and build number you are using (Help > About) and a copy of the file. Once we have that, we can see what is going on.

I've opened a support ticket and have been talking to someone else and promptly forgot to check back here, but I'll send him those files you mentioned. Thanks!

From the manual.
System Requirements
To run the software efficiently, your computer and server systems should meet the following requirements:
• Operating System – Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
• Disk Space – 50MB free disk space available
• RAM – 512MB (1GB recommended)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Surely you must have made an error when typing the RAM. No way you would get WinXP running on just 2MB! ;)
