Site disappears when viewed on mobile...

Hello thank you for your time.

I am a newbie to the coffee cup web form builder and have spent an entire day on the issues outlined. I design my sites in Adobe Muse.

When using SDRIVE embedding I have two issues:

Issue 1: When viewing on a desktop if one clicks the email field then out to the message field an error message occurs beneath and scroll bars appear to the right hand side of the form?

Issue 2: When I visit the site on my iPhone all I get is a blank white screen??

When using the MANUAL SERVER embedd option the whole click on the email then out scroll bar deal is not there. So I only have one issue:

Issue 1: When I visit the site on my iPhone there is a flash of my site then all I get is the web form by itself centre top justified. The rest of the site is gone!?

Both forms above send messages when filled out on a desktop.

From what I can see here Jordan is the website itself is not setup to be responsive. At minimum you need in your <head> this:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width">

You then need to make sure your CSS file is setup with the necessary media queries.

You should take a look at http://www.coffeecup.com/responsive-layout-maker-pro/ which could help you out with creating a responsive layout.

Thanks for the quick turn around Scott & Eric,

so I fixed up the errors (they were all to do with my roll over animations) and copied the code into the head as per your suggestions. Still getting the same response just the form no website. I am not trying to create a responsive site at this time. I am just trying to add a more secure form to my existing set up. The set up works fine on all browsers until I drop in my form made with coffee cup.

The form I currently use is a widget within Adobe Muse and unfortunately it has little security. That is why I bought Web Form Builder. Adobes poor security forms are spam prone to say the least. I am really hoping Coffee Cup is the answer as I would love to spread the word to the Muser community. Many of the people are not coders that use Muse and need a quick fix as Adobe refuses to build a more secure form. Could be a lucritve investment of time for Coffee Cup to fix this one.

I saw the page loading on my iphone but after completely loading I only see a form. I would drop some of those scripts for testing as something is still causing issues.

Hey Eric,

I checked the link you sent to the W3 validator and the url you were checking was misspelled. You had missed an underscore at the beginning of server. Below is a link to the the actual url I sent. It all checks out.

As I stated above I am fully aware that the site only shows the form. This is the issue I am asking you to help me problem solve. Further could you please explain:

I am not a coder. I bought Web Form Builder because I thought it would be a quick design, then an easy copy paste and be done.

The form looks and behaves properly on all desktop browsers. I am confused as to why it takes over the page on mobile??

It's the scroll scripts at the bottom causing the issue.

Nice work Eric,

so if I have this correct you are essentially saying that the Web Form Builder Scripts and the Adobe Parallax scrolling scripts are not compatible or are comunicating poorly. I unfortunatly can't alter the Adobe Parallax scripts.

Can Coffee Cup figure out a work around for this conundrum ? I would really like to use Muse's Parallax scrolling on this site and future mobile sites I create in conjunction with Web Form Builder.

I have partitioned Adobe to fix there spam riddled forms at no avail. I know of many others who are really upset that Adobe ignores this issue and are desperately trying to find a solution. I really hope we can fix this so I can advise other Muse users of your wonderful software and amazing support!!!

What you could try doing is placing the html for the form in your actual page instead of using the iframe. Iframes are tricky when it comes to the type of scripts your running.
