I don't know how to set up FTP because i never use FTP before this, i'm only used localhost.. Can you teach me how to set up FTP??

Not knowing which FTP cllient you will be using, I have an example here with CC's Direct FTP.
The 'Nickname' can be anything you choose to remember which server, the next three lines (server, username, password) are details you will have got from your hosting provider.
You will have to find out by trying which works best, passive mode checked or not.

If you click on 'More options', you can add the remote folder and the local folder.. I wouldn't mess with any of the other settings.

If you are using a different FTP client, the set-up is basically the same.
