My concerns is about your prices and the lack of forms we are allowed on your S Drive service. I mean first we pay for the software then you charge us again for hardly any use at all. One free form, Really? I expect more than what you are offering. This is lame as far as I am concerned and is costing me money. I am having to use free foxy forms on my customers websites. That is causing problems for me.
I have been using Coffeecup products since 2001 I have spent a lot of money through out the years on what is now useless software and now we have to pay monthly to use your new software now?
I know your saying duh dude load it elsewhere. Well I have on several FTP uploads. The results suck and it looks awful to say the least, and yes I followed your instructions fully..
Until things get much better with coffeecups way of doing business I will not use or purchase anything further from you. This has become a very disappointing experience for me. I can no longer recommend your products with things this way.

No one is forcing you to use our service Forrest. If you do not like the prices, simply use your own server. You can then upload unlimited amount of forms there. On our free plan (yes it's free) we just allow a single form. You cannot complain about something that is free! Not sure how something free can be costing you money though Forrest. That is a very odd statement to make. ;)

We also do not have single program that forces you to use S-Drive. All of our apps work on and off S-Drive so your statement "now we have to pay monthly to use your new software now? " is actually false. S-Drive has always been optional.

So with that, not too sure I understand what this message is even about. ;)

As to your issue, it sounds like you did not follow the instructions properly. To publish your form to your own server, go to the File Menu > Export > Manual Server Setup. This will then generate all of your form files that you need to upload to your server. Simply take those files and upload them with any FTP client. If the form does not look right, that means the referenced CSS files are missing which then means the files were not uploaded where they should be. If you post a link to the form, we can look at that. We use Godaddy for all of our testing and it should work out well. I can 100% guarantee you that this issue is a user one and not a software. Once you post the link to the form a I can show you what is wrong.

Hi Forrest. Like Scott said, you don't have to use S-drive. We are here to help. Set up your form on your own server and then let us know the URL so we can take a look at it.

If you want more personalized help, feel free to email me at support@usconsumernet.org.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

Your right no one is forcing me to use anything. This message in case you do not understand is you have a long time disgruntled customer and you disrespected my comments and questions. Maybe your special and do not understand anything with common sense..
Well Mr VP I loaded it to my servers exactly like it said to do on YOUR website. It looked like crap, but then perhaps my hosting servers at Godaddy are not as up to date as your little company in Atlanta.

Forrest, Can you share a link to the form with the problem so we can see it? it might be something we can help you with.;)
The form on the bottom of this page could use some dressing up.

Thousands of users on many different hosts have no problem with their forms displaying properly.

The only disrespectful (and insulting) comments in here are your own. :(
Brian and Eric offered to help you. Maybe you could try reigning in the attitude a bit and let them see what the problem is?

The one free form works fine because of sdrive. For your 30 minute phone call I could pay your 14.95 Sdrive charge and have enough for a twelve pack of Coronas, and lime... I do not drink but after this I may consider it.

Also when I did upload the form on ftp I could not help but to notice a link back to Coffeecup in the coding. Free advertisement?

I have been a customer since 2001 and am sitting here with useless software that I bought from you. Perhaps I should just move on down the road to somewhere else. Because like it was so bluntly put to me "That no one is forcing me to use your software". I feel insulted by that comment alone and I was not angry until I read that one sentence. Do you speak to all of your customers like that? That's easy to do online try it in person.

Scott meant that no one is forcing you to use SDrive – you can host your forms anywhere you want.

It would be nice if you would tell us the names and version numbers of your useless software. It's hard to help without knowing what to help with. We're not staff (except Scott), just CC users and don't have access to any info shared with support.

Also, it's easier to find out what could be wrong if the general HTML/CSS errors are out of the way:

Its probably irrelevant now - but Forrest, when you say 'One free form, Really?' as a complaining customer I wonder what you're lacking in form building understanding to suggest you may need more than one. I use coffeecup exclusively, and set clients up on the 1 url free s-drive account, BECAUSE ITS FREE! I've scripted single free forms to include a simple contact form, that opens into an online job application form, or opens into an online ordering or donating form that accepts and processes credit cards, or that opens into an application update verification form, or that opens into...into...into...Why would you imagine needing a second form 'slot' on your free cloud account with coffeecup? What would be the point? If you need your form to do more than one thing...script it to do more than one thing. The form builder is a dang handy tool...
mwut.org/contact.html and wasatchstaffingut.com/contact.html are 2 examples of how a single 'free' form has more functionality that apparently you can imagine. Coffeecup Rocks!
