Gun smoke,

Checked that and it is checked. Unchecked it and tried no luck it doesn't work checked or unchecked.

I have now discovered that if I turn my firewall off, I use McAffee, then the problem is solved. However as soon as I turn it back on again the problem comes back. How can I get around this, as I don't want to be turning on and off my firewall.

Add CoffeeCup to your exemptions list for your firewall. Might have to get with McAfee to see how to do that.

I have now fixed the problem with the assistance of McAfee, They had blocked the IP Address use by the FTP, but have now amended my McAfee to allow access. Thanks to all those who replied to my request for help,

That is another example of why I never, ever install those security programs. They cause more problems then the virus they are trying to block. ;)
