I took a quick look and it's probably the empty column your using to to control spacing between elements.
Drop those and use padding or margin on the rows or columns to get the space that's needed.

I used your tips and while they did not fix the issue in my Outlook or Gmail (perhaps some settings are off), I sent the email to a colleague and it is responsive and the columns stack for him. Thanks for the help!
