I have been using Coffee Cup Free FTP to update my website. It just does not work very well, one hyperlink does not work (cv at the end) and one picture does not show. Do you have refresh action for this program? I remember there was that earlier. I would like to continue using it, because it is nice and simple.

I have to ask for some clarification:

Are you saying that one link does not work after you have uploaded? And the file ending is .cv? Try this site: http://filext.com/file-extension/CV and see if you find a solution. .cv files are not actually internet files.

The picture that doesn't show, are you certain that the path to it is correct? Sometimes people forget to make sure that the path does not point to a folder on your computer. What is the file ending of that picture anyway?

I'm not using the free FTP, but have you looked under the menu 'Actions' to see if refresh is there? It is in the paid version anyway.

Thank you for your ideas, it looks like the problem is not mistake in the paths because I get some pictures on to the website, but then some disappear. There are only to be 7 pictures so it can't be full yet.
The pictures are going to the site with the index page or not? Earlier I don't think I have uploaded them separately, but maybe now I will try that.

You are right there is refresh under the actions.

You may have problems getting images to diplay if they are anything other than .jpg, .gif, or .png

Images may be uploaded separately, but they will have to be linked to a web page in order to display.

That was it! I had not uploaded the pictures separetely!
