I am using the mac websform builder and until now everything was perfect. Today I create a new webform, but doesn´t work in my website. When I want to see the preview page, everything become white.
I have this webform hosted in coffeecup S Drive.

I would suggest you start with fixing all the validation errors:

Also, your script tag for the form has an opening <code> tag but you have no closing </code tag>.
