Problem With attachment - Post ID 238304

When trying to attach a file bigger than 3 MB i get an error message saying The file "surgemail.pdf" exceeds the maximum size that can be uploaded by this form.However we have set max file size limit to 8192Kb,please suggest on this at the earliest.Please help on this

As we mentioned in your support room, the form is setup correctly. The only thing I can think of is that you are not uploading the changed form to your server properly and the old settings are still there. You can try deleting the form first and then upload and see if that helps.

I just uploaded your form here and it allowed me to send a 3.5mb and 6.5mb image without any problems.

Make sure to make all the changes needed in your php.ini file.

post_max_size = 10M
file_uploads = On
upload_max_filesize = 10M
