Once you fill out the form it submits and I get it even if you do not hit the payload -shouldn'yt the form not submit until paypal is complete?

Worse on the phone the Paypal dialog box is out of view

That is how Form Builder works. You will get the email regardless if payment made or not. It was done this way based on user feedback on how they wanted it to work. They wanted to always receive the email so that if payment was not made, they could follow up with the customer.

I think in a future update, we may make this a variable you can define.

Yes the form will submit as soon as you hit the submit button, then it redirects you to a pay screen for paypal. Once the paypal payment is complete paypal will also send you an email. As practice you should never assume payment has been made until paypal sends the confirmation email.

I kinda wish WFB would wait to send the email until the full transaction was completed successfully.

The PayPal form is not part of WFB. WFB just links to it. Since their form is not responsive, it has problems on the phone.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.
