Software: Web Jukebox Version 4.6 Build 1
I am having alot of problems trying to load the Web Jukebox on my band's web site.
Name of my site: www.thebrymers.com
Password: xxxxx
Website Software: Microsoft Office Live Home
My ISP: Comcast
May I get some assistance in the language to use in setting up the server profile? I am sure that it is probably "Pilot Error."

You need to use the exact same information you used to upload your site onto the server.
www.(or ftp) your domain name.com(or whatever)
user name
password
/ (or leave blank, the jukebox ftp will default to your root.)
