Hi John
Unless I am misunderstanding your requirement, (i.e first sub level "State" then off that "County" then off that "Newsletter Name" Then off that "Monthly Versions"

If that's the case then I am pretty sure that you can't achieve that with Menu Builder at the moment.[/quote]

Appreciate your reply Wayanjaya, at least I know now I was not missing the "bleeding obvious" in the help screens.

Maybe - just maybe - you would be able to achieve what you want with Web Form builder. Wait until Eric finds this post, he will know ;)

Since it's a genealogy site I see dynamic data being the easiest way to go. You could use the form builder to do this to show the wanted data. I'm doing this on a form that I have where I show a link after the user makes a selection based on a selection. It would take a little bit of alteration after making the form but it would be easier so you could use mysql databases.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Post back if you want help with it. It's not to difficult once you see the scripts and the necessary edits.

I started to download mysql for a look but it seem to me very internet dependant , asking for port settings to install. My challenge is that the machine that I need to set this menu system up is not connected to the internet (and wont be).
my email adds is jaellio@gmail.com if you are willing to link to me via email , that would be ok as there are a bunch of challenges Ihave with what I am trying to achieve , which need not go on this forum....

There are server software packets for off-line. Try Wamp, Xamp - or Mamp if you are using a Mac. Obviously you need to download one of these from the internet, but once you have the software, you can stay off-line.

But I can't help wondering how you are going to send out news-letters from an off-line machine...
