With the sour history behind FlashFXP, I have been looking to jump to a new SFTP/FXP platform to get behind. I have been juggling between DirectFTP and CrossFTP. I do like the interface of this one better than Cross. However, I noticed there hasn't been an update in a number of years now. Maybe 4 years now?

So I was wondering if DirectFTP is still being supported or if it has been dropped?

I just thought it was odd to go 4 years without a single patch or enhancement as we push forward into such a chaotic world of ever-changing security thanks to the number of dingleberries in the world making it hard for everyone else to live peacefully. Things have been getting patched and enhanced much more frequently it feels like in order to keep up with it all. Just makes me nervous, that's all. Been with the other for so long, I want to make sure the transition is to something that will last just as long if not longer.

It has been a while since it got an update. I don't use it very often. I use their app called Places which I thought they were going to update but I think that has been dropped.

Yeah, I might wait a while and keep an eye on this to see where it goes in the future.
