My brother and I want to start a business making websites for small local businesses. Can we buy one license and install it on the two computers we use for our business? Does that count as "under your sole operation" since it will be for the business' sole operation?

Licenses are per person not per business Joshua. You are allowed to install it on up to 3 computers for "your" sole use. If that is to be used by a 2nd person, that's not you Hope that helps
