Does Coffee Cup Shopping cart support Affiliate Conversion tracking? All the answers so far were suggestions how to track things, but I need to know specifically about Affiliate Conversion Tracking.

No, the shop program doesn't have affiliate tracking built in. You will need to use an outside source to accomplish this.
