Hi Stacy
welcome to the forums
to load an image you have 2 choices
1/ you can use an online image (if you have one somewhere online)
2/ a local image which is located in your resources
to place an image in your resources folder open the folder from the tab on the top of the task bar (RESOURCES)
select the top of the tree (project folder) rich click and choose "create new folder" a window appears where you give the new folder a name (enter something like "images or pictures whatever) that then puts the folder in the resources tree.
then on the bottom select the button "insert new file" a browser window opens so you browse to the location on your computer that your pictuce is located, select the picture and choose "open" the image appears in your resources in the image/pictures folder (the one you just created) in the bottom right choose "OK" in goes your image)

Then you select the column/container wherever you want the image to appear, then you go to the "contents" tab & then the "elements tab (which is usually the one open by default ) then choose either either the picture or picture link (picture links for if you want add a link to the picture (obviously)
once the placeholder is in the column/container go to "design" tab

make sure the image is still selected & look for the section where is says "placeholder" open the drop down menu

choose either "On-Line" image (then enter the url for the image below in the place where is asks for the url)
or
choose l
"local Image" that will then open your resources folder, where you then go to where you put your image, select the image you want (choose select from the button that is on the bottom right.

Booom in goes your image
you can then style it as you like width/max/width etc etc in the design tab however you want.

Fairly long winded description on how to do it which is quite easy once you have done one and doesn't reallt take long to do.

Good luck

if you still struggle I can make a quick video for you demonstrating it if you want, just shout up & it will appear
