Your code looks good but did you upload the image your using to your host?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

PS, I tried uploading it to the same page as the code is pasted, but that just gave me the same 'empty' icon and a full map underneath with no clickable links

Is there a place where you can view the image online? If so right click on it and Select "Copy image location" and post that link here.

Change:
