There are over 100 of these individual forms so I was looking for an easier way either thru' a quick fix amending the over 100 PHP files and uploading to their individual server directories or using HTML Editor to add a line in the individual index.html files. Many of the forms submitted are returned to the senders via the bcc route and some are slightly different in the information being submitted. I can understand why it was compiled this way back in 06 but there are easier ways to achieve this now.

The action php script for a basic mail reply is quite simple. but does require the form elements to support it, and some verification to validate but unless you are competent with php you could buy a whole lot of trouble.

If you have 100's of forms to correct I would strongly advise you to go with the form builder. I know there is a small learning curve but clients images can be incorporated and once one form is created the rest are easy. The best of all you can select a theme and either go with it, modify it or buy a more suitable theme real cheap. Remember a WFB form hits the ground running and is a proven system. If as you say all forms are the same then the task is easy with software that does the job.

I can use the Editor and create a form and add verification and write the necessary scripts. But and it is a big but. WFB firstly allows a snazzy looking form to be created, all elements needed with their settings and conditions, reply's, responses, and the creation of stored data plus so much more. Plus it works first time and if Wamp is present the form can be tested. You will see questions raised about problems encountered but you will find it is lack of knowledge that creates those problems and these members help solve those problems

I say go it alone at your peril
