Hello I'm new to all of this. I have purchased just about all the software CoffeeCup has (OS X). I would like to take my flat static website and create an awesome site. What tool should I start to learn and use first to transform my site?

I would go for RSD (Responsive Site Designer). In it you have two frameworks to choose among, Bootstrap and Foundation. If you go for Foundation, you will find lots of knowledgeable folks here who can help if you get stuck. You just need to yell, someone will turn up, guaranteed! ;)
