There's a selection box on the top right hand side to select your file type or you can save your word and excel files as txt docs.

thanks for your co-operation, well i have found another method in word, where you can click on object and select import text. then it will import text from a selected file. but it is too a long process to go in each folder manually. But that software is more effective because it has more options. now i have checked it thoroughly. hope that i will complete my work in just a few hours. thank you
