I can download only Web Forms Builder Lite as a trial. This software lets me only insert elements vertically. How can I move elements to be side by side or even move them to anywhere I want? Is that restricted in this edition of the software?

You set the percent width to control most of the positioning. Then you use spacers and section breaks in combination with the width percent to do final tweaking. I set section breaks to style: none so they don't show if needed.
