Your question is a bit vague there Robert. At a minimum you should be telling us what program you are using.

What we are looking for is the name of the program that we "CoffeeCup Software" created.
In your support ticket you indicated you were using the HTML Editor.
Are you using the HTML Editor or are you using VSD (Visual Site Designer)?
