This may be odd, but rather than use a form (with Form Builder), is there a way to have people click on an email ink and send information that includes answers to specific questions. I have a need to have nominations submitted, which seems like form builder would be overkill (and our responders are more likely to use email to provide nominee names).

Sure. Although, I'd use WFB. But WFB integrates well with MailChimp. You can go to MailChimp.com and create a free account. Depending on how many users you plan on contacting it should work great. What you do is create an email program and send it to a list of your contacts. They reply and you access all the response info at the MailChimp site. Works really well.

If you don't have a list, then what you need is a 'survey' type program. This can be created with WFB or there are several other options. If you need more information shoot me an email from the site in my signature.

MailChimp just lets you create and HTML email you can send out to a list of contacts. Really easy to setup and use. Of course if it's just a short survey or voting that you want to do, I'd still just use WFB with a transparent theme and put it on the site. The results can be stored in a CSV file or sent to MailChimp. That way you don't have to be bothered with creating the email and using bandwidth to send and all. Works great.
