Is This Possible?

What I Have:

What I have is a Google Map with hundreds of markers denoting businesses. When someone clicks on a marker it opens an info box with contact info for the business.

What I Want To Do:

What I want is when someone clicks on a marker it opens CoffeeCup form builder in either an info box or small modal window. After fill form & click submit it will send the form results to the given business e.mail and to the website default e.mail address.

I know this is possible, what I was wondering if anyone has done this already and could give me some clues how to implement this in the least complicated way.

I'd appreciate any feedback.

I'm sure you could trigger the forms colorbox to pop on a map event.
