My form looks perfect on the CoffeeCup server

Bear in mind the font is white for proper display on my page here

Notice that the line with the fields "Location" "Date" "Time" "AM/PM" displays properly on their server, at 20% each field, while on my site they display at 50% (see screenshot of one site over the other)

Both are responsive, technical support says it's an issue with my coding, can anyone help?

#reservations .contact-form in your style.css has a max-width set. Try increasing that and the width to 100% rather than 90%.
