Am I able to create forms that will setup user profiles?

I am creating a service exchange website and need to be able to have members create profiles, list their skills and needs and have their total credits available/balance for trade. (you trade credits for services between members)

I then need the services offered and needed to show in a table for users to select.

There a popup form should appear requesting date and time and duration of service requested. Counter offers would be nice. Once an agreement is reached, the credits transfer from one user to the other.

A final form for reviewing the service.

Is this the right application for me? If not, any recommendations?

With additional PHP scripts with a database setup yes, but as the form builder form alone, no, that's not what a form does, forms just allow people to fill out the form to send you information. There's no connection to a database or php scripts default, but the program does have a setup to tie it to databases, just that it will take extra scripts to do what you want to do. You may find it easier to check out a CMS such as Joomla or Wordpress or even SMF Forums to do what you want to do.
