THANK YOU for the the instructions on fixing this problem (via the control panel instead of FTP). I've had the same problem as well, and it now seems to be working.

We have been using sccp as an adddition to our website until recently with no problems. A couple of days ago we updated our site and used the 5 additional pages in sccp to have our site all in sccp. Now when I add something to the shopping cart, then I click on checkout with paypal, I get the following error:

"Error while storing data: Cannot create new route."

I am using PayPal Website Payments Standard.
My website with the shop is http://www.tathara-alpacas.com.au and is on a linux server

Looks like your server made some changes. You will need to get these issues fixed and that error will go away.

Problem fixed after being told it wasn't the server, over the phone, but was told to ask paypal if they had made any changes. In the end I emailed a copy of the servertest.php file to my provider & they changed the permissions. Now my site works.

This is what Im getting when someone clicks on the paypal check out on my site.

Is it because I am not using the main root folder? I have set all the permissions to read write inherit.
I have double checked the paypal information I entered into the shopping cart program, and I am hosting through Godaddy.
