Drop down menu not working on...

I wanted to address this for a while, but I keep forgetting to post it. When on a table (Galaxy Android 6.01) or on Android phone (4.4, 5.1) the drop down menu under community does not work. The drop down menu will drop but unable to choose any of the options no matter how hard I try. It has never worked. Just wanted to let you know.
In order to choose any option on this menu I must scroll to footer to choose. I guess this ok with one of our sites, but maybe it should be fixed on your site. Thanks

The 'Community' menu drops when clicked on , but the sub menu options do not work when chosen.
