Is the RED in the pack the personal or the commercial version? Is there a difference in them now? I have the old cheaper personal one. Does the purchase of the pack give one the clock starting for service and upgrades on all of the purchased apps? Exactly what web service S-drive account equivalent do you get with the pack, is it the same as one of their current services or a lesser than the webbie account one? Their sales language is typically extremely vague. For the last 10 years I have pretty much bought all of their products and I have learned to as questions first before purchasing.

There is only one RED now, so the two versions are combined. For the rest of your questions I'm not the right person to answer them. But I'll research it.

Edit:
I just heard from Suzanne in CC Support. You will get a reply from her.

In case if anyone else is curious about this info here is the answer to my trouble report question.

Hello Greg,

I will be happy to explain.

I have Red personal is that different than what comes in the pack the RED?

RED Personal (also known as version 1) was re-branded when version 2 came out to simple Responsive Email Designer (abbreviated RED). With the release of version 4, we just called it Email Designer now. A lot has changed within the Email Designer since version 1. You can review the highlights online here.

I do not have the newer form designer program or the cheaper one for like 30 dollars.

Unlike Form Builder, the Form Designer is for crafting frontend designs only. It allows you to control every aspect of the form layout, style, and total design. You can even tweak the form's appearance for various screensizes. However, the backend scripts are not included in the Form Designer. The app was made for users who needed to use custom scripts.

If you're not proficient with writing custom scripts nor have a project with that requirement, you can sync in premade scripts from other sources such as Google Forms or even from our own Web Form Builder. Learn more about this at: https://tutorials.coffeecup.com/form-designer/#script

What is included in the web service in the big pack is it the equivalent of which web service that you sell?

We did release new software bundles. The Developer Pack includes:

* all of our current software apps for both Windows and macOS systems (all the apps we sell!)
* plus a year of the Mailer hosting plan
* One custom domain name (.com, .net, .org).

If you purchased the Developer Pack it would renew all of your existing apps and give you a free year of upgrade for all the apps.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to write back.

Good of you to post the reply. I'm sure it will clarify things also for others.
