Hi All,
I would like to know if I can Create a New Website with Visual Site Designer using preexistng files. i.e.: Pages or Forms previously created for other Websites.

VSD can only open .vnu files, so you won't be able to open html pages.
What you can do, however, is using the 'html tool' and thus import the contents of your pages into VSD. You can download a fully functional trial and see if it suits your needs.
