I am trying to publish my form but the dropdown box in the "To" field of the Confirm Email tab in Settings is empty. I'm not sure how to make an entry here or where it picks up the form field to choose. Tearing my hair out a bit. I know it's probaby my own dumbness. If anyone can help I would be most grateful. I am using a trial version but more than happy to purchase if I can get this sorted. Ultimately I would like to embed the form into an existing page.

Have you added an Email Address Element to your form?

It was dumb! I used a regular text field for the email address in the form. I have corrected this and it's fine now.
