Colorbox fails to work properly for...

I'm new to Web design and thought I'd try CC VSD with a slide show built with colorbox since it looked like a cut and paste operation pretty much. I am using the "http://progrower.coffeecup.com/colorboxslideshow.html" tutorial, but it fails to yield the desired results. The attached image shows what I get, but the background should be dark and the slide show controls are not correct.
The page source is also attached.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

A link would be a lot easier. As I can only tell you at the moment that you don't have something reference correctly.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I didn't realize VSD allowed creation of a web site for free. Almost to simple to believe.
The link is: http://tempusers.coffeecup.com/b056f8ab7e/

Thanks for looking at this for me.

Looks like you missing a few of those files from the images directory.

Looks like that one is here and still zipped up.

Since I had never seen file "overlay.png" I assumed I did something wrong, so I retraced my steps following the "http://progrower.coffeecup.com/colorboxslideshow.html" tutorial with a new (Test 1) website and published it to the same location as previously: http://tempusers.coffeecup.com/b056f8ab7e/

I downloaded new copies of the 3 files from the tutorial and added them as directed.
The image.zip only contained 4 files and they were added to colorbox/images/, but none of them were overlay.png
The 4 files were: loading_background.png, loading.gif, controls.png and border.png

I'm sure I'm missing something very basic, but I'm at a loss as to what it might be.

I'm starting to think that building a web page may be more complex then I originally thought, but I appreciate your help. I really would like to make this work!

Try downloading the image.zip again. I republished the file to make sure it was complete.

Removed all my files and then added them all back. This time there were many more files. Published the page and all is working like a champ. Thanks, I appreciate all the help.
