Hi! When I had to refresh my Asus computer in January, I was no longer able to use the free Coffee Cup software. I have since uninstalled and downloaded and reloaded several times, always with the same result: the clipboard doesn't work, none of the functions under "edit" work. I don't know what else doesn't work because without that, I can't do anything worth trying to save. I get this error message as I shut down the program: Access violation at address 00BE650E in module ‘Coffee.exe’. Read of address 00000057.

Does that mean anything to anyone?

Does it have anything to do with the fact that when I download the free version, I am not asked what OS or computer I have? I have 8.0 windows, 64 bit. The cheapest ASUS, a year and a half old.
