Can I make a back-end panel to administrate my website to update information of various such as photos, descriptions, price, quantities (if for online store) ?

What do you mean by backend panel? The program is all inclusive so it's basically an offline backend panel and does all of what you are asking for. There's no "online" backend if that's what you're asking for though, and I highly doubt that is something on their plate to add as this is a software company and each person needs to purchase their own copy.

All the updating you are asking to be able to do are done right through the software though, so it's all in there already. Give it a trial spin if you haven't and I would highly suggest you go for the Pro versions to get the most features for the shops.

I think you are referring to a CMS Content Management System There a several available and I believe some can be used with your own editor.

Babyruth if you have previously been using something like Cubecart, or the other free carts with Godaddy hosting, CC SCC is entirely different

With SCC & SCCP you dont work online, you build everything on your pc or laptop, and then upload to the server, or CC sdrive after building editing etc

More control, and its all much much faster.
