It's still not working. I have tried your form (without any changes), and variations of the generated html to create my own form. I've tried hosting the form on your servers and mine. I tried following all your suggestions, and I tried my best to troubleshoot all the problems. At first the problem was displaying the confirmation message in an iframe, then the problem was getting the form to work properly when hosted on my server. No matter what I do, it boils down to this error:
The requested URL /seanw_webform/confirm.htmlseanw_webform/confirm.html was not found on this server.
In my opinion, the 'Confirm' page is not displaying because the script is looking for the 'confirm.html' page inside a 'confirm.htmlseanw_webform' subdirectory inside the 'seanw_webform' folder. The 'confirm.html' page is actually located at: '/seanw_webform/confirm.html'. If you had read the replies I've been posting you should have noticed this a long time ago. I first mentioned this problem on Tuesday (the 18th), then again (twice) on Wednsesday.
I can't find the call to generate the 'confirm.html' page on my server/in any of the files on my server.
Inside the 'seanw_webform' folder there's a 'confirm.html'. In that document is a call for the confirm.html page from your servers: http://seanw.coffeecup.com/seanw_webform/confirm.php
Since I don't have the 'confirm.php' on my server, and I can't access it at: 'http://seanw.coffeecup.com/seanw_webform/', I won't be able to correct this problem.
Finally: Since I have been having so many problems with this form, and your responses have not been helpful, I have decided that I will not be using your form to serve my needs. You may delete my account and all the associated files on your server. I'll go with a *A DIFFERENT* solution (provided by my web host) or a custom form that I create myself. In either case, all the form data and files will be resident on my server, and I won't be limited to 100 responses.
Good day.
Robert
