I have a registration form that directs payment for Registration to Paypal. That works fine. However, some people registering want to pay by check sent in to us. Using Paypal, you can't register without paying. If there a way in Web Form Designer to allow a user to either use Palpal or send in a check (and still be able to register).

Or if not, any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Use conditionals to show each option then if they select a check as payment have show them your address and tell them they wont be registered until the check is received.
