Adding Photos - Post ID 164295

This seems to be the only place it will let me post being I am new. I purchased VSD and have been putting my site together based on a template.The only problem I am having is when I add a photo it always has a white background ( I am doing vinyl so I would like a transparent one). When it is already transparent it shows up as a black background, any ideas?

Hi Lindsey, If the image your working with is a gif or png it will show with a black background during the design work. This is to allow for proper positioning. The black background will be transparent during the preview or live on your site.:)

It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Lindsey, if you have bought VSD, you should be listed here as a 'registered user' and be allowed posting in all the groups. Make sure you are using the same mail address that you were using when you made the purchase.
