A friend of mine spilt a glass of gin and tonic on his laptop keyboard. That was in August 2010. The pc muttered and some keys stuck so that it was typing the same letter a zillion times. In spring this year (the laptop hadn't been used in the meantime) the stuff had obviously dried up, so the pc could be used again - until last week, when it eventually died.
