PROBLEM I have one form designed really narrow to fit in a mobile phone screen. My problem is that whenever somebody's trying to feel out the form assumed is a click of field depth field view changes.

OBSERVATION I use Google sites for my website. There is a "optimize for mobile" option. If I don't check this option whenever I view the website on the mobile phone I can zoom in and out. If I check this option the website is fixed on the screen. There is no zoom.

QUESTION: Is there an "optimize for mobile" option for the forms ? This way the form doesn't move and whenever somebody selects a field that field does not become as big as the screen. This zoom in / zoom out becomes annoying after a while.

QUESTION: Is there a way to receive the summary from the form via email in Excel format.
It will speed up the process of collecting the information from the form.

Thank you
Lucian

What is the URL to the form? I get a 404 for the URL you pasted there.

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=0"/>
