I've got an unusual problem. When I generate a report with multiple pages only the screenshot for the first page works. And the first image of the site images are missing.

The screenshot image files are in the 'img' folder but the missing ones are 8 bytes in size as opposed to the 13KB of the one that works.

My apologies for the delayed reply.

I tried two of my sites hosted on my server - mcsmarts.co.uk & bigdavesweb.com . I also tried 9gag.com just to see.

Are you using Windows 10 David? If so, try this. Click Settings and under the Browser Agent, select this string and restart Website Insight and scan your site. That should fix the screenshot problem.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko

Three of your images are linked using some sort of PHP file (safe_image.php). That is causing a problem with Website Insight as it cannot download the images because the script is preventing it from doing so. You will need to remove those images from the script so that they can be parsed in Website Insight.

We will also have an update this week to Website Insight that has support for the <picture> tag which will address the other missing images as well as the browser agent.

Using Windows 10 yes.

Also noticed I got my own domain wrong, rather embarrassing. Should be bigdavesweb.com.

Eric, not going to lie to you, I have no clue as to the significance of that. I'm absolutely designing sites in RSD and copy pasting in code in the vain hope it somehow works. And thankfully with the magic that is RSD, nine times out of ten it works.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
