Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

Not sure about this, but if your OS is a Win32 version and Insight is a Win64 version? I would guess a mismatch...

I copied this from system information.

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
x64-based PC
System Directory c:\windows\system 32

Can we tell from this information if Website Insight will work with my computer?

I redownloaded (I know, not a word) using IE versus FF and I was able to get the software installed. I don't know why that would have made a difference.

Think you just had a 'simple' glitch in the download. Happens. Should work fine for you. Glad you got it working. Have fun!
