Website built with CC Sofware not...
I have built a few different websites with coffeecup software and I have found they do not display properly when viewed with Safari Browser.
None of the flash applications show?
I know there is a reason...and most likely something complex...but I have no clue where to begin?
Anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?

Heather,
Haven't spent a whole lot of time testing in Safari, although I do have it and use it occasionally.
Are the sites that you are trying to test out "live"? If so could you please provide the links to them so others here might be able to help track down the problem.
One problem that could be causing your flash to not show is not having the plug-in installed. You need to download and install the plug-in for each browser that you use.
Another cause could be that you are trying to 'test' without publishing to the web. Certain features are inaccessable until the site is fully published and "live".

Living the dream, stocking the cream

Well I only use EI but the people viewing this particular site that I am building are using Safari and their iphones.
The current site in question (although not complete) is live at http://www.splat-marketing.com/ufc
Are there special plug-in's for CC software that would stop this problem?
Is that what you mean by "You need to download and install the plug-in for each browser that you use."
Thanks for your help!

Heather,
What part is not complete? I can see the header flash, The ultimate fighter cast preview, in both. I can't see the bios or the photo gallery in FF or Safari.

That's my problem...I want it to show properly in safari as well. I don't run safari browser but the feed back I am getting is that the bios or the photo gallery don''t display properly in FF or Safari and none of the flash works or displays on an iphone which uses a safari browser.
Adobe hasn't released a version of Flash for iPhones or other mobile browsers, even if they are using Safari, so that's why none of the Flash content is displaying. Remember that in order for the visitor to see that content, they need to have the Flash Player plugin installed for whatever browser they're using.
Heather Warnaar,
What is the version of your CC Photo Gallery?
There was a recent Flash upgrade that created problems, and the latest Photo Gallery fixes that.

Yes, thanks Bill I have the most recent cc updates. It would seem that the only problem I have left is the flash menu not showing for safari. I downloaded safari browser to see for myself and the proper plugins for it but still no menu? I have made sure the menu is in the front.. and in the mean time have had to put some text menu as a back up for those that can't see the flash menu...any ideas?
Heather,
Your flash menu is not showing in Firefox or Safari.
Try putting your menu on a simple page with nothing else and see if that works.
