Using frames to display multiple...
I'm a volunteer firefighter and during disasters we constantly pull up several sites for info. I realized, why not have a page on our site where we can see multiple sites at a glance. Any ideas on if its possible, and the best way to do it?
I imagine that using i-frames would be a way to achieve that.
Karen, is this for you and your felloow fire fighters, or is it for the public?
If it's for the public I think if you do it like the newspapers, have a headline and a small paragraph, with a 'read more' link would be just as good.

Is the info dynamic on the pages that your wanting to see? Also is it important for the task of firefighting? Is it necessary to be able to compare the pages at the same time?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Yea, i use iframes for that very purpose.

Do you own these sites? There is the danger in iframes and some people will block them in browsers. Servers get hacked you know.

CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
