CC's site does go to a 'drop down' icon on my android phone. Works like a champ. Both of your sites I looked at, bobbiejoesbeauty and misterwebguy do not do that and it's a pain to pinch/zoom to a size where I can see the menu. I haven't looked at nbdesigns. Do I need to, or do you know it doesn't work either?

Okay, got my phone to work. CoffeeCups website works like a champ. Your sites, both listed above will resize but the menus do not go to the drop down. They are really really tiny and I have to blow them up to use them. Got a problem there Steve. :P

What kind of phone you using Gunsmoke? I haven't found a problem on any of my phones... I have tested on iPhone,Android, and Blackberry and yes they are tiny (not responsive) but the menu still works.

And you cant get the menu drop downs to show up. Strange... yea its a trade off to build websites with VSD because like anything else thats built using absolute positioning, it just shrinks down. You will never get sites like these to work perfectly on all smart phones so i try to do my best to get them to look good on the three major ones.

RLM and RSD will change that though. Once I get the hang of that I will be building nothing but responsive.

how does http://www.misterwebguy.com/ResponsiveWebguy2/ look on your phone Gunsmoke :D

Thanks Gunsmoke. Believe it or not I'm going to re-do this a bit. I'm not happy how my site looks in landscape mode of most phones. The footer looks a bit off and so does the center information.

This just gets more peculiar, I do think that Responsive will help most problems and solve a lot of them, whether all of them we will have to wait and see. Things like banking and stuff to do with money in surveys people still use desktop versions in the 90% not that I'll be designing anything for Barclays right now
Anyway on the desktop and tablet CC website has a drop down menu, on a mobile device this is what it looks like on a Samsung MP3, which is like their phones but without the phones :cool: but ain't no drop down menu. You click on the top right and it just goes to this.
