I am sure that with your usual enthusiasm, someone will be able to answer this: I am re-building a site from the ground up and the new design is not on-line. In addition to the main navigation (vertical-left), I want to put six images of leather-bound books in the main content area of one page. The books all have individual titles, eg Dictionary, Grammar, Comedy of Errors etc. Each should link to pages within the site. I cannot use the built-in menu designer and I do own "Flash Menu Builder", but do not see how I can use a seperate image for each of my six links. I loaded the first one "dictionary" into the program, now I am looking to insert the second - "grammar", but I cannot see how to do it or even if it is possible.
Any ideas?

Sounds like you need Coffee Cup HTML Editor?

You can sort it with HTML editor no problem

Feel free to look at the website in my signature - the picture at the bottom left for Felikz is a link to my hosts website.

Right click somewhere on the page and select View Source, which will bring up my html. Down near the bottom under the spacer "Main site - don't mess with!", the very last "<div class..." is the html to make that picture a clickable link.

You can also do this in Visual Site Designer, by placing the picture, right clicking it and (I think) the menu option is 'Link Properties'.

In shorthand - place the picture where you want it, and assign a link to it! (either in VSD using the options, or html using code).

If anyone thinks my code is clunky, feel free to publically correct it here, if only for mine and Tone's benefit!

edited to add - the '<div class...' just above that is for the image at the above right which just links to another page of the website. Probably, this is more the code you want to use...
A signature you say? No idea...

first site is: www.taylorianproductions.com

Thank you good people, I should have explained I have got the latest HTML EDITOR. i have created the main navigation using the built-in "menu disigner" but I cannot see how to create this secondry navigation with either the flash designer or the built-in designer. I have 6 images og books with the link text actually imbedded in the png images. For now I will go and look at the recommended site, but I suspect I will need to line-up my images and put in the <a> mark-up by hand. I'll stay in touch on this
