I am new to all this stuff.

I want to create a rotating banner that has 3 or 4 different stories to share. Each banner would have an image or video and some words that would allow the user to click on it to go to a page with more information and then every 5 seconds or so the next banner comes up and then these just rotate in a loop.

Any thoughts on which Coffeecup tools would help create something like this.

What I dont understand is how do I create the invidiual banners and place them into the firestarter file so all of that can be loaded into the VSD page I have created. Are you able to assist on what the steps are to create it.

The banners will be made within Firestarter, you don't insert a banner. You can use image and text that make up a banner that are hotlinks to a page. Basically you insert all the text and images and have them appear and disappear at will on the time line and assign a hot spot for each. I don't use Firestarter but I have checked it out.

I actually did it using Photo Gallery. I just created images for use as slides rather than photos and then created links (usually to other pages within my site or PDF's) for those individual slides.

Photo Gallery? Interesting, I'm going to try that.
